  • We ask guests few questions, before they book with us. Guests are required to fill details before making a reservation request. This includes -

  • You get email along with the booking voucher within 30 minutes of booking the property. If you do not receive mail within that time, you are suggested to check your junk/ spam folder. Alternatively, you can also download your booking voucher.

  • When breakfast is included, it is mentioned below the room type - “Breakfast included.” If it’s not mentioned, it means it’s not included.
  • How to cancel booking?
  • You can cancel a homestay booking on Lambstays website or app. The cancellation fee is determined by the property, and is mentioned in your cancellation policy.
  • How do I get confirmation of my cancelled booking?
  • Once you cancel a booking with us, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation. If you don’t get mail in your inbox, you are requested to check your spam/junk mail folders.
